Paze℠ Frequently Asked Questions

Paze is an online checkout solution offered by banks and credit unions. With Paze, customers can check out online at 1-800-Flowers.com without having to enter or directly share their actual card numbers.

How Does Paze work?

When checking out at 1-800-Flowers online using Paze, customers will be prompted to enter their email address.

This will be the email address associated with a customer’s Paze wallet, which is the email address matching the email address provided by one or more of the customer’s participating financial institutions.

When prompted, customers will enter their mobile number associated with a customer’s Paze wallet, which is the number matching the mobile number provided by one or more of the customer’s participating financial institutions.

Customers will receive a one-time passcode and after entering the correct passcode eligible Paze credit and debit cards will appear.

Customers will be prompted to select from among their eligible credit and debit cards in their Paze Wallet and they may be asked to enter the CVV/CVC for the card selected.

When customers click “Confirm details” within the Paze pop-up window they will be directed back to the order review page and customer will click “Place Order”.


How do I sign up?

You don’t need to sign up or download a new app, just look for the Paze logo when you check out at a participating merchant or enter the email address you use with your bank or credit union when shopping online.


Are there requirements to use Paze?

Customers with enrolled eligible cards from participating financial institutions who are U.S. residents and are at least 18 years of age are eligible to use Paze.

Currently, to use Paze at 1-800-Flowers.com, your email must match the email associated with your participating financial institution.


Which financial institutions support Paze?

Paze may be used with eligible credit and debit cards issued by participating banks and credit unions. This currently includes Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, U.S. Bank, Elan, and Wells Fargo. Paze will be adding more banks and credit unions in the future.


Where can I use Paze?

You can use Paze online at 1-800-Flowers.com on desktop or mobile web. Paze is not available for checkout in stores and is not currently available in the 1-800-Flowers mobile app.


Don’t see Paze at checkout?

It’s possible you may not see Paze at checkout for the following reasons:

You don’t have an account with a participating financial institution (Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, U.S Bank or Wells Fargo)

You have an account with a participating financial institution but do not have any enrolled cards; check with your financial institution for details regarding eligible card enrollment (Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, US Bank, Elan, and Wells Fargo)

You are not using desktop or mobile web; Paze is not currently available on the 1-800-Flowers app
