Shipping & Delivery
After you find the gift basket you want to send, we'll ask you to select a delivery date. Based on this, we'll select the most effective delivery means available so your order arrives by the date you chose.
All orders placed by 4:30 p.m. Eastern time will ship the next business day. If your requested delivery date is more than three business days away, your order will be shipping using our Standard Service. If your requested delivery date is sooner, your shipping charge may be upgraded to Express Service. Please allow up to 2 extra days for highly perishable items.
Shipping and Handling is charged per item according to the chart below. Expedited service is available at an additional cost. Our normal delivery hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. All days stated above are business days and do not include weekends.
We can only guarantee delivery to the shipping addresses we are given. Please check all shipping names and addresses carefully. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to make a correction or hold your order and contact you.
